LAS VEGAS (AP) — Southbound Interstate 15 was closed near Barstow, California, for hours after a semi-truck carrying beer crashed with another vehicle.

KLAS-TV reports ( ) that the crash snarled traffic on Sunday as many people left Las Vegas to return to southern California after Saturday's boxing match.

At least two people were taken to the hospital after the 4:45 p.m. crash.

California Highway Patrol says beer spilled onto the highway but has been contained.
