PARLEYS CANYON — Three people are in the hospital after a head-on crash in Parley's Canyon Thursday night, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.
A car driving eastbound on I-80 crossed over into the westbound lanes and hit another car head-on, according to UHP Trooper Landon Middaugh.
The crash happened around 10:45 p.m. and three people were sent to the hospital with serious injuries.
All three people were wearing seatbelts, Middaugh said. Police are continuing to investigate the cause of the accident.
