(KSL News) -- Crews are working to put out flames from a fire in Tooele County; it's burning in Skull Valley, near the Stansbury Mountains.
The fire started yesterday afternoon. Authorities say ricocheting gunshots ignited the flames.
Winds fueled the flames yesterday, helping it to grow in size.
Crews in Southern Utah, meanwhile, are beginning to gain the upper hand on a complex of fires there. The Bull complex is 50-percent contained after scorching more than 43-thousand acres.
