(KSL News) It's Memorial Day weekend, which signals the beginning of the summer travel season. But this year, many travelers are cutting back.
Here in Utah, we're already seeing our first $4-a-gallon gasoline. The ever-rising fuel prices means it not only costs more when you hit the road, but it also costs more to stay in hotels, eat out and do activities with the family. That means more travelers will stay close to home this weekend and possibly throughout the summer.
Joining us on Talking Point are Suzette Musgrove, who oversees the travel plans for her company as the COO of Dental Select Insurance. She's also a frequent traveler.
