DOVER, Del. (AP) — A Delaware judge is set to rule tomorrow on whether the Chapter 11 case of casino giant Caesars Entertainment Corp. should proceed in Delaware or in Illinois. Several creditor groups want the case to proceed in Delaware, where they filed an involuntary bankruptcy petition just days before Caesars' operating unit made its own filing in Chicago.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — The U.S. Department of Labor says a Las Vegas limousine company is being ordered to pay more than $232,000 to 479 employees who it says were paid less than minimum wage. The department says Executive Las Vegas made improper employee payroll deductions last year for items including uniforms, fuel, repairs, drug tests, badges, water cups and cash shortages, which drivers to fall below the minimum wage.

RENO, Nev. (AP) — Police say the man injured in a fight after a Lil Jon concert at a Reno nightclub has died. The fight happened early Sunday morning on the dance floor of LEX Nightclub at the Grand Sierra Resort where rapper Lil Jon had just performed.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Union leaders say they're ready for the fight over collective bargaining that's shaping up in the now Republican-controlled Nevada Legislature. The Nevada State AFL-CIO says they'll have an unprecedented lobbying force in Carson City.
