NEW YORK (AP) — The NBA Development League All-Star game will be held Feb. 15 in Brooklyn, with 3-point and slam dunk contests also scheduled.

The game will begin at 2:30 p.m. at Barclays Center, a few hours before the NBA's All-Star game takes place at Madison Square Garden.

Before its 20 All-Stars take the court, the NBA D-League will stage its 3-point contest. The dunk competition will follow at halftime.

Bakersfield Jam coach Nate Bjorkgren and his staff will lead the Prospects team, while Scott Morrison and his Maine Red Claws assistants will guide the Futures squad. Their teams own the best records in the Western and Eastern conferences, respectively.

The NBA D-League All-Star game is in its ninth year. Robert Covington, now playing for the Philadelphia 76ers, was the MVP in 2014.
