REXBURG, Idaho (AP) — Eastern Idaho authorities have identified the man they say robbed a Rexburg drugstore at gunpoint and was then killed in a shootout with police.
Police tell KIFI-TV (http://bit.ly/1ylpOUG) that Daryl Myler of Driggs died Saturday after firing at officers.
Police say Myler showed a gun to steal prescription drugs.
Authorities say that after the shootout Myler was taken to a hospital where he died.
