MAGNOLIA, Ark. (AP) — Southern Arkansas University is inviting the public to three upcoming receptions at the Reynolds Center Grand Hall to meet the applicants for president.

The receptions are scheduled Jan. 28 for Cornelius Wooten, vice president for administration and finance at Indiana University of Pennsylvania; Feb. 2 for Phillip Wilson, president of Rich Mountain Community College in Mena and Feb. 4 for Trey Berry, provost and vice president for academic affairs at SAU.

Current SAU system president David Rankin will retire June 30. Rankin has served at SAU for 45 years — the past 13 as president.
