(KSL News) -- Richfield Police have a "person of interest" in their search for the person who torched 46 American flags.
They've looked at surveillance pictures of the flag burning last week. Boy Scouts set up the flags at Sevier Valley Center to honor the Utah National Guard's 222nd Field Artillery Unit.
Organizers, replaced the flags before the ceremony.
There is no apparent motive.
