NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — The Indianapolis Colts will be without tight end Dwayne Allen, right tackle Gosder Cherilus and linebacker Bjoern Werner against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.

Allen hurt a knee in last week's loss at Dallas, and Jack Doyle will start in his place. The Colts did not announce replacements for Cherilus or Werner.

Khaled Holmes will start at center for Jonotthan Harrison, while Lance Louis is starting at right guard instead of Hugh Thornton. Josh McNary is starting at linebacker with Jerrell Freeman deactivated with a hamstring injury.

The Titans scratched rookie left tackle Taylor Lewan for a fifth straight game with Jamon Meredith starting in his place. Rookie quarterback Zach Mettenberger also is inactive for a third consecutive game with Charlie Whitehurst starting.
