NASHVILLE, Jun 18, 2006 (UPI via COMTEX) -- Nicole Kidman may have her pending nuptials in Australia on her mind right now, but many others are more interested in rumors the actress may be pregnant.
Kidman, who is engaged to country music singer Keith Urban, has gained a noticeable amount of weight recently, prompting many to begin rumors she is an expectant mother, the Melbourne Herald Sun reports.
Kidman and Urban, who did not confirm the rumors, are due to arrive in Australia this week to prepare for their wedding in Sydney next weekend.
After recently severing her ties to the church of Scientology, the 39-year-old Kidman has planned a traditional Roman Catholic ceremony for her wedding overseen by the Rev. Paul Coleman.
"I'm dealing with the nuts and bolts of trying to make sure this marriage is celebrated in the tradition that she wants and in a way that is dignified and appropriate," Coleman told the Sun.
