PROVO, Utah (AP) -- A Spanish Fork couple got a jolt when they opened their Sprint bill claiming they owed more than $33,000.
Thousands of other Sprint customers apparently got a similar surprise.
A regional company spokeswoman says the mistaken mailings were the result of a computer glitch that misplaced the decimal point in the process of consolidating billing systems.
Company officials say they've fixed the problem and won't be charging customers any more than the normal rate.
