ROME (AP) — A Milan court has acquitted former Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi's elder son and a longtime executive in his media empire in a tax fraud case.

The court on Tuesday cleared Pier Silvio Berlusconi and Fedele Confalonieri in the case involving the Mediaset media company.

The prosecutors had alleged fraud in the purchase of film rights by Mediaset. The court ruled that no fraud had been committed.
