FORT DUCHESNE, Uintah County — A Uintah County man critically injured in a motorcycle crash on June 26 died Friday.

Albert Lance Manning was riding in the Independence area when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into a roadside ditch, according to Uintah County Sheriff's Cpl. Brian Fletcher.

Manning was not wearing a helmet. He was transported to the hospital. He died on July 4 as a result of his injuries, according to an online obituary.
