Interior Department lawyers filed a motion in federal court in Reno Tuesday to dismiss the suit.

The developments leave one dispute remaining between the imprisoned former football star's ex-lawyer from Miami and one of his current attorneys in Nevada.
CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — The Nevada Supreme Court has overturned the death penalty conviction of a 65-year-old man found guilty in 2010 of raping and bludgeoning a woman to death with a hammer in 1985. The court ruled 4-3 that a Clark County District Court judge should have allowed defense attorneys to argue against excusing a black prospective juror during Charles Reese Conner's trial.
RENO, Nev. (AP) — The state's sesquicentennial committee has unveiled limited-edition belt buckles marking Nevada's 150th birthday. They made their debut this week at the Reno Rodeo, which runs through June 28. The buckles are made of bronze and feature the state slogans "Battle Born" and "All For Our Country."
