Indians call up Hagadone for third time

PHOENIX (AP) — The Cleveland Indians have recalled left-hander Nick Hagadone from Triple-A Columbus and optioned right-hander Mark Lowe to their top farm club.

The 28-year-old Hagadone will be making his third stint with the Indians. He has appeared in five games with Cleveland, going 1-0 with a 7.71 ERA.

Hagadone was 3-4 with a 3.71 ERA in 21 games with the Clippers.

Lowe was 0-1 with a 3.86 ERA in seven games with Cleveland.

The Indians announced the moves before Wednesday night's game at Arizona.
