Grain mixed, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Sept delivery was unchanged at $5.9325 a bushel; Sept corn was 4 cents lower at $4.4425 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $3.32 a bushel; while Nov soybeans gained 7.5 cents to $12.39 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Aug live cattle was .63 cent lower at $1.4695 a pound; Aug feeder cattle was 1.13 cents higher at 2.08 a pound; Aug lean hogs gained .30 cent to $1.2945 a pound.
