Utah's Blue Ribbon Fisheries Advisory Council is offering the free seminar. Four kokanee salmon experts will be on hand to give you their trade secrets on popular kokanee waters like Flaming Gorge and Strawberry. Even experienced anglers should learn a thing or two.
