RECIPE: SPICE RUB FOR PORK RIBS

¼ cup dry mustard

½ cup ancho chile powder

¼ cup paprika

¾ cup brown sugar

¼ cup kosher salt

2 tbsp. black pepper

2 tbsp. granular garlic

2 tbsp. onion powder

DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredient together well. 4 pork ribs remove shim. Rub both sides with the rub. Cover well and refrigerate over night or at least 3 hours. Bake in oven covered with foil for 3 hours at 325 degrees. Heat BBQ grill. Char ribs a little then brush with BBQ sauce.

RECIPE: COLE SLAW DRESSING RECIPE

Small can (8oz) of pineapple chunks with juice

½ cup of cider vinegar

½ cup of granular sugar

1 tbsp. kosher salt

pinch of white pepper

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

2 cups of mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS: Put into blender jar. Blend well. Makes 1 quart.

3 Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored, and course chopped)

lg. bag of shredded cabbage

2 cups of dressing

mix well
