SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) — Members of the Georgia Schools Boards Association are expected to meet later this week in Savannah.
The group is expected to host its summer conference and delegate assembly June 12 through 14 at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Savannah. Organizers say about 900 local school board members and superintendents are expected to attend the event.
Organizers say the conference includes training sessions and discussions on recent developments in education policy, law and practices.
