(KSL News) -- The Salt Lake County Housing Authority celebrated ten years of affordable living today.
The Gregson One complex was built a decade ago as housing for special needs indiviudals. Because of the sucess of the development, now the Housing Authority is planning to begin construction on Gregson Two.
Sherrie Rico, Housing Authority: "We have 84 units going in. We're hoping we can break ground in October. It will be specially for chronically homeless population."
