MIAMI (AP) — A replay review of a Jayson Werth home run in the Washington Nationals' game at Miami took only 22 seconds Wednesday.
Werth's three-run homer off Jose Fernandez deflected off the hands of a fan sitting in the first row of the outfield seats. Marlins manager Mike Redmond questioned the call, and crew chief Joe West came off the field to quickly confirm the call.
The homer in the sixth inning made the score 3-all.
