(KSL News) -- A former Utah police officer is in trouble with the law.
Prosecutors have charged Keith McIntosh with assault and burglary. According to court documents, McIntosh confessed to tracking down his estranged wife at her boyfriend's home.
She told police McIntosh pushed and shoved her and forced her to leave with him.
Records show McIntosh has worked for Logan Police and the Uintah County Sheriff's Office, but has not worked in law enforcement in a decade.
