8 a.m.-5 p.m. NORTH ADAMS HOSPITAL ADVOCATES — Advocates for restoration of full services at recently closed hospital in North Adams, including workers, community leaders and residents to travel from North Adams to Boston area to meet with state officials about restoring health care services.

8 a.m. BOSTON MARATHON REMEMBRANCE-BRIGHAM AND WOMEN'S HOSPITAL — Media invited to flag raising ceremony at Brigham and Women's Hospital that will kick off a day-long program to mark the one year anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombings. A newly created flag to commemorate the Boston Marathon Bombings will be raised for the first time. This year the flag will fly throughout the week until April 21 will be raised annually on April 15. BWH President Dr. Betsy Nabel and Dr. Ron Walls, chair of Emergency Medicine, will speak. NOTE: Media parking is available. 10 a.m.-11 a.m. Panel discussion. MGH First Responders, Perspectives and Lessons Learned. Panelists include: Ann Prestipino, (facilitator), Aaron Baggish, MD, Paul Biddinger, MD, Maryfran Hughes, RN, David King, MD, Marie Elena Gioiella, LICSW, and David Reisman. Introductory remarks by former Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino. Location: Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston. NOTE: All media attending must be escorted by MGH Public Affairs.

2:30 p.m.-3:15 p.m. A Commemoration and Service of Peace. May be live streamed.

12 p.m.-3 p.m. BOSTON MARATHON REMEMBRANCE — Vice President Joe Biden, Gov. L. Deval Patrick, Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh, former Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino, Boston Athletic Association Executive Director Tom Grilk, One Fund Boston Community, elected officials, first responders, medical staff and local business and community to take part in ceremonies to honor victims of Boston Marathon bombing on April 15, 2013.

12 p.m.-1:30 p.m. Program inside the Hynes Convention Center, including speakers and musical performances. NOTE: All media must be credentialed to attend ceremony. Ball Room, 900 Boylston St., Boston.

2:30 p.m. -3 p.m. A formal flag-raising ceremony and brief moment of silence will take place between 2:30 and 3:00 p.m. at the Boston Marathon Finish Line, Boylston at Exeter Streets. There will be no speaking program.

2:15 p.m.-3 p.m. — BOSTON MARATHON REMEMBRACE-UMASS DARTMOUTH — UMass Dartmouth to hold campus-wide vigil on one-year anniversary of Boston Marathon bombing. It will include a moment of silence followed by a ringing of the bells from the university's Robert Karam Campanile. Remarks will be offered from students, faculty, and religious leaders of UMass Dartmouth, at the Campanile.

5:30 - 7:30 p.m. TEEN SEXUALITY FORUM-SPRINGFIELD — Participants discuss distribution of condoms to Springfield adolescents and related topics during a forum titled "Exploring the Future of Teen Sexual Health: Access to Sexual Health Services," presented by the Springfield Adolescent Sexual Health Advisory or SASHA, the city Department of Health and Human Services and city government and school officials.
