PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 14, 2014--85% of the exhibition area has already been booked for the EMBALLAGE & MANUTENTION shows. More than 800 companies have booked to exhibit – 40% of which are international businesses.

These two jointly held exhibitions provide new scope with a comprehensive and complementary offering encompassing the sector’s four business lines: PACKAGING-PROCESSING-PRINTING-HANDLING. EMBALLAGE & MANUTENTION solidly confirm their positions at the Capital Place for Innovation in packaging and intralogistics!

The Top 5 best-represented countries (after France) remain stable: Italy, Germany, Turkey, Spain and Belgium. The significant presence of exhibitors from China/Hong Kong, Korea, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Poland is also confirmed.

For EMBALLAGE, we note the arrival or return of major names: AGRIPLAS – APTAR – CANON - HAVER & BOECKER - KOREA PACKAGING TRADE ASSOCIATION - UPM RAFLATAC - XEIKON…

And a rise in food process players: AITECH - BIZERBA - COUDERT MASSISERVICES SERIA - HANDTMANN – INDUSTRADE – SERMABO – TREIF…

As for MANUTENTION, many businesses, convinced of the synergies with EMBALLAGE, have already signed up. Among those who will be exhibiting in November are:

ALVEY SAMOVIE – INTERROLL – DALMEC – KNAPP – ULMA MANUTENCION – DEMATIC – KASTO – JLG – BA SYSTEMES – CIUCH SOLUTIONS – KARDEX – HANEL SYSTEMES – EGEMIN – SOVELLA – ITALFIL – LEGRO BV – PRODEX.

To make the exhibition offering clearly identifiable for visitors, EMBALLAGE maintains its current organisation, divided into sectors or major packaging user markets: Food, Beverages & Liquids, Hygiene & Beauty, Luxury, Health, Industry.

Today, the most dynamic market segments are:

Food, for packaging machinery, closely followed by Beauty / Health / Luxury, also for packaging machinery and materials. “We have expanded the exhibition offering to better meet the requirement to integrate the user component. This strategic focus is complemented by highly sustained investment in worldwide promotion. The idea is to attract fresh decision-makers from our principal catchment area – Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) – by implementing new actions to invite major buyers, notably from Africa. We are working on quality, with novel and useful event content for visitors. The overall purpose is to produce the most efficient event possible in November.”
