Paul Desilets was named vice president of contracts and procurement and Joseph Bopp as vice president of international business development. Desilets and Bopp will be based in CHSi’s Reston, Va., office.

Desilets has more than 17 years of federal government experience, most recently as a Deputy Branch Chief for the U.S. Department of State, as well as with the U.S. Postal Service. Most recently, he was responsible for program management oversight and budgeting for the Department of State’s Worldwide Protective Services Program.

“CHSi is excited and proud to welcome Paul and Joe to our team,” said CHSi President Gary G. Palmer. “Their vast knowledge of operations and international expertise from within the State Department will be invaluable to the CHSi team as we continue to deliver innovative medical management solutions to enhance the mission effectiveness for the State Department and all our federal clients.”
