CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. & RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 14, 2014--Comprehensive Health Services, Incorporated (CHSi) announces the addition of two new executives to its senior management team. CHSi is an industry leading trusted provider of on-site health centers for the U.S. government and national examination programs for government and commercial clients.

Paul Desilets was named vice president of contracts and procurement and Joseph Bopp as vice president of international business development. Desilets and Bopp will be based in CHSi’s Reston, Va., office.
Desilets has more than 17 years of federal government experience, most recently as a Deputy Branch Chief for the U.S. Department of State, as well as with the U.S. Postal Service. Desilets’ in depth knowledge of the U.S. federal client source selection processes and best practices in contracts management, negotiations and procurement will ensure CHSi further supports its federal clients by meeting their mission, while also being able to better respond with best value solutions.
Bopp has more than 26 years of experience in high-level, diplomatic security operations within the U.S. Department of State, having worked in more than 70 countries, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Russia, and Kosovo, and often in remote and austere environments. Most recently, he was responsible for program management oversight and budgeting for the Department of State’s Worldwide Protective Services Program.
