April 15. 10 a.m. — TAX PROTEST — West Virginia retired public employees and retired teachers will protest state income taxes as they relate to public retirees.

Location: West Wing of the Capitol, near the Governor's Office, Charleston.

April 15. 1:30 p.m. — DRUG COURT — West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Brent D. Benjamin attends a graduation ceremony for the Randolph County Adult Drug Court.

Location: Circuit Judge Jaymie Wilfong's courtroom, Randolph County Courthouse, Elkins.

April 15. 4 p.m. — DRUG COURT — West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Brent D. Benjamin attends a graduation ceremony for the McDowell County Juvenile Drug Court. Because the event is a juvenile proceeding, media representatives are requested to not reveal the identities of the two graduates. The justice, judge, and drug court coordinator will be available to comment on the program.
