OUTKAST REUNITES AT COACHELLA

UNDATED (AP) — They've been apart for close to a decade. But when they got back together at the Coachella Music Festival, it looked and sounded like Big Boi and Andre 3000 of Outkast hadn't missed a beat. The duo reunited for the festival on Friday — the first of dozens of shows they are to do to mark their 20th anniversary in music. They performed nearly two dozen of their songs, including hits like "Hey Ya!," ''Ms. Jackson" and "The Way You Move." Andre 3000 thanked the audience for attending after the 90-minute-plus performance, adding that it was "kind of weird" to be back.

JARED LETO TAKES CHOPPER TO MTV MOVIE AWARDS

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The stars looked their best as they made their way down the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards. But Jared Leto had the best entrance — and it had nothing to do with what he was wearing. He arrived at the show last night on a helicopter, taking a chopper in from the Coachella Music Festival. He joined thousands at the show — but not to perform. Instead of taking the stage with his group Thirty Seconds To Mars, he was there to see acts like Arcade Fire perform. But he scrapped those plans, discarding his dusty clothes and boots to hop down to Los Angeles. He joked on stage that he was looking for someone to give him a lift back to Coachella — and even offered an extra ticket to the festival. He was also a presenter and won an award for his role in "Dallas Buyers Club."

RIHANNA APPEARS AT MTV MOVIE AWARDS

LOS ANGELES (AP) — It isn't unusual for Rihanna to win an award. But this time, the singer is getting one for a movie role, not a song or album. She won the MTV Movie Award for best cameo performance for brief part in the comedy "This Is The End." In the end, the MTV people were able to get some music out of her, too. She took the stage with Eminem for their hit "The Monster."

ROCK HALL TAKES HIGH ROAD WITH KISS

NEW YORK (AP) — They may have beef — but at this point, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is taking the high road when it comes to the dispute with Kiss. The rock band refused to perform at last week's induction ceremony — because the Hall refused to perform all but the original four members. But Rock Hall CEO Joel Peresman says there are no hard feelings. He says he's a fan of Kiss and that the Hall is proud to have the group as members.
