AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) — A brief look at the final round of the Masters on Sunday:
WINNER: Bubba Watson, who shot a 3-under 69 to beat Jordan Spieth and Jonas Blixt by three shots.
WINNING REWARDS: Watson got the winner's green jacket, and a check for $1.62 million.
SECOND TIME: This was Watson's second win in three years. He won in a playoff in 2012.
ROOKIES FALL: Jordan Spieth and Jonas Blixt were trying to become the first rookie to win the Masters in 35 years.
SHOT OF THE DAY: Watson's drive on the dogleg par-5 13th that soared above the trees before clipping them on the way down and leaving him with just a sand wedge to the green. He would make his last birdie on the hole, stretching his lead to three shots.
NOTEWORTHY: Six of the last 12 Masters champions are left-handers.
KEY STATISTIC: Watson was the first Masters winner in five years to start the final round with a share of the lead.
