11:30 a.m. KEYSTONE XL PIPELINE — Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA), Chairman of the Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW), and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) will hold a press teleconference call to discuss "new developments related to the harmful health impacts of the Keystone XL Pipeline."
