CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery rose 4.75 cents to $6.81 a bushel; May corn was 7.75 cents higher at 5.07 a bushel; May oats rose 16 cents to $4.35 a bushel; while May soybeans advanced 18.25 cents to $14.8250 a bushel.
Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle rose .35 cent to $1.3527 a pound; May feeder cattle was .02 cent higher at $1.7887 a pound; while June lean hogs fell 2.92 cents to $1.1875 a pound.
