(NASDAQ: PSMI), founder of RF SOI (silicon on insulator) and pioneer of advanced RF solutions, announces that the PE42820 RF switch has been named a 2014 ECN Impact Award finalist in the market disrupter category. The ECN Impact Awards recognize excellence and groundbreaking innovation in design engineering. Winners will be announced May 6, 2014 at an awards presentation at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Peregrine’s PE42820 is a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch that changes the paradigm of high-power switch design.
