TV LAND — Have you ever surfaced from a weekend of watching a series of one television show — start to finish — and thought “wow, I spend a lot of time watching TV?”

Now there’s a way to calculate exactly how much time.

It is either terrifying, or a badge of honor, depending on which way you look at it. All you have to do is enter a show and the number of seasons you’ve watched. Slowly, the numbers will tick up and up until, like me, you hit the 3 1/2-month mark and decide to stop.

However, you’ll probably also realize you’ve seen your favorite shows more than once, and that number doesn’t include the random episodes here and there of shows you never watched but tuned in for to see guest stars or much-discussed finales.

Designer Alex Cican, who created the site for fun, told Buzzfeed he “wasted” about 60 days watching TV.

TV-aholics, addicts, lovers — unite! Are you ashamed or proud of your number?
