(KSL News) -- Police responded to a false report of a gun at a business in Draper this afternoon.

An anonymous person called 9-1-1, saying they heard a fellow employee was going to shoot someone. Police found the employee the caller was talking about and the whole thing was a false alarm.

"You know it puts a tax on us. It's not something we're unwilling to do, obviously, but when it is a false alarm, we take it serious and we will find out who the caller is."

Police say they have the 9-1-1 tape of the caller and they're pretty sure they have a good idea of who it is.

The caller will be charged with making a false report.
