TBN's Award-Winning "Praise the Lord" Music and Ministry Show Welcomes

Hollywood Great Jennifer O'Neill, Legendary Grammy and Dove

Award-Winning Singer/Songwriter John Elefante

NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 20, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Trinity

Broadcasting Network, America's top faith-and-family channel, is set

for a very special edition of the award-winning TBN Praise the Lord

program, the longest-running music and talk show on Christian

television. March 21st from TBN's studio at Trinity Music City in

Nashville, Grammy Award-winning recording artist Jason Crabb will host

Hollywood actress, model, and inspirational speaker Jennifer O'Neill,

along with Grammy and Dove-Award-winning singer/songwriter John

Elefante.

Longtime celebrity watchers will remember Jennifer O'Neill as a

breakout star whose performance in the 1971 Academy Award-winning film

Summer of '42 established her as a serious big-screen actress. In

addition, throughout the 1970s Ms. O'Neill carved out a niche as a

successful CoverGirl and fashion super-model. But in her best-selling

auto-biographies Surviving Myself (1999) and From Fallen to Forgiven

(2004) Ms. O'Neill recounts how inner turmoil and an out-of-control

lifestyle took her through several marriages, the tragedy of abortion,

and years of hopelessness, until she ultimately turned to faith in

Christ. Today Ms. O'Neil is an in-demand actress, inspirational

speaker and writer, as well as an outspoken pro-life advocate. "I had

a life full of trauma," said Ms. O'Neill in an interview not long ago.

"I don't know how I survived it. God had a plan for my life; He was

waiting for me to turn to Him. It's been a journey of repair, renewal,

and revival."

From a stint as lead singer with the rock super-group Kansas, to

Grammy and Dove Award-winning writer and producer for both secular and

Christian recording artists, John Elefante is considered one of the

most innovative and influential creative forces in contemporary music

of the past thirty years. His album credits include working with

artists and groups Kerry Livgren, Bryan Duncan, Petra, Toto, Larnelle

Harris, Sandy Patty, Natalie Grant, and many others.

Like Jennifer O'Neill, Mr. Elefante has also embraced the pro-life

cause, with one of his latest projects a single and music video

entitled "This Time," that recounts how his own adopted daughter was

nearly aborted by her birth mother. "I can't imagine life without my

daughter, Sami, and it just breaks my heart that pregnant young women

much like her birth mother, instead of choosing life for their babies,

are denying them the chance to be born," said Mr. Elefante of the song

and video. "If our song can in any way bring attention to this issue

and encourage those who are considering abortion to choose life

through options such as adoption, then we couldn't be happier."

In addition to Jennifer O'Neill and John Elefante, host Jason Crabb

will welcome Dr. Reggie Anderson, author of the best-selling book

Appointments With Heaven, along with musical guests Highroad III, an

award-winning Appalachian gospel group, recording artists Seth and

Nirva Ready, and Southern Gospel greats Karen Peck and New River.

Tune in to this special edition of TBN's Praise the Lord music and

ministry show from Trinity Music City in Nashville, March 21st at 7

p.m. Pacific (9 p.m. Central, 10 p.m. Eastern). You can also watch TBN
