FORT MYERS, Fla. (AP) — The exhibition game between the St. Louis Cardinals and Minnesota Twins scheduled for Thursday was rained out.

The game was called off before it started.

Ricky Nolasco was set to start for the Twins. With rain in the forecast, he pitched a simulated game instead.
