LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities say a 4-year-old girl missing since November has been returned to her father in Ohio after being found in Las Vegas with her mother.
Records showed that 38-year-old Eva Villamor-Goubeaux was being held Tuesday at the Clark County jail in Las Vegas pending an extradition hearing Thursday in Las Vegas Justice Court.
U.S. marshals arrested Villamor-Goubeaux on Feb. 27 after finding her working as a home health care provider in the Las Vegas area.
Sheriff's officials in Ohio's Miami County tell the Dayton Daily News (http://bit.ly/1c5Q6pR ) the child was seen with Villamor-Goubeaux on Nov. 24, and that there were reports that the two were in New York in January.
