—COLUMBIA, S.C. — No. 1 Florida continues its chase for the second perfect Southeastern Conference season in three years — and the first by a non-Kentucky team since 1957 — when it takes on South Carolina, fresh off a home upset of the Wildcats, on Tuesday night.

—WASHINGTON — Doug McDermott and No. 13 Creighton try to keep their Big East regular season title hopes alive as they visit Georgetown. Creighton trails first-place Villanova by one game

— ST. LOUIS — Goalie Ryan Miller makes his home debut with the St. Louis Blues against the Tampa Bay Lightning. The Blues are tied for the Central Division lead and Tampa Bay is among the top teams in the Eastern Conference.

— Providence has put itself in position to make the NCAA tournament for the first time in a decade with a strong late-season run. The Friars know there's still some work to do if they're going to get it, just like so many other teams fighting for spots on the NCAA tournament bubble.

—CHICAGO — It's back to the United Center for Jonathan Toews and the Chicago Blackhawks to take on the Colorado Avalanche after beating the snow, the cold and the Pittsburgh Penguins at Soldier Field on Saturday.

— SAN JOSE, Calif. — Now that Chris Wondolowski has finally gained some valuable international experience with the U.S. national team and proven himself a reliable playmaker up front, Wondolowski's next challenge will be making the 23-man World Cup roster for this summer's tournament in Brazil.
