CANCELED: House Armed Services hearing on the U.S. Pacific Command and U.S. Strategic Command with Admiral Haney and Admiral Samuel J. Locklear. 10 a.m. (The Pacific Command will now be part of Wednesday's hearing instead; Strategic Command TBA)
