11:30 a.m. GPO, OMB - PRESIDENT'S 2015 BUDGET — The U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) will be releasing President Barack Obamas Budget for the U.S. Government, FY 2015. Printed copies will be available through GPOs retail and online bookstore. The Budget will also be available as a mobile web app and electronically on GPOs Federal Digital System (FDsys) www.fdsys.gov Hard copies of the Budget may be purchased through GPOs retail and online bookstore. There will be no complimentary hard copies for the media.

12:45 p.m. PRESIDENT'S BUDGET - OMB BURWELL, OTHERS — Office of Management and Budget Director Sylvia Mathews Burwell will discuss the Presidents FY 2015 Budget at a news conference. Jason Furman, Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers (CEA), Cecilia Muqoz, Director of the Domestic Policy Council (DPC), and Gene Sperling, Director of the National Economic Council (NEC), will join Director Burwell. For pre-set please meet at the Stakeout Location by Pebble Beach at 12:00 PM. For final gather, all press should assemble in the press briefing room at 12:15 PM to be escorted to the South Court Auditorium. No exceptions. Members of the media are advised to arrive early to avoid delays at the gate.

10 a.m. U.S. SUPREME COURT — The Supreme Court will issue opinions.

Highlights:

12-1117 PLUMHOFF V. RICKARD. The Supreme Court will hear an appeal by police officers in Arkansas who were involved in a car chase that ended with the deaths of the driver and his passenger across the Mississippi River in Memphis, Tenn. The justices will review an appeals court ruling allowing a civil lawsuit by the driver's daughter to proceed against the six West Memphis, Ark., police officers.
