CHICAGO (AP) — The Chicago Blackhawks and forward Brandon Bollig have agreed to a three-year contract extension through the 2016-17 season.
The 27-year-old Bollig has a career-high 12 points (six goals, six assists) in 62 games. He leads the team with 138 hits and 69 penalty minutes.
Bollig signed with the Blackhawks as a free agent in April 2010. The deal was announced on Monday.
