* SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS...TOTALING 3 TO 6 INCHES ARE

LIKELY ACROSS THE AREA BEFORE IT ENDS.

* WIND CHILLS...FROM 12 BELOW ZERO TO 20 BELOW ZERO.

* IMPACTS...SLICK ROADS ARE LIKELY WITH SOME BLOWING AND

DRIFTING. REDUCED VISIBILITIES ARE LIKELY IN THE HEAVIER SNOW.
