(KSL News) -- A six-year old girl will need major reconstructive surgery after being kicked in the face by a horse.
Ashlee Guzman was looking at the horse on her neighbor's property in Clinton last night when the horse kicked her. The kick broke her cheek, chin, palate and nose and knocked out her front teeth.
She was flown to Primary Children's Hosptial and placed in intensive care.
Guzman is expected to fully recover and did not suffer any brain damage.
