(KSL News) The Nevada trooper who killed four Utahns in a crash has been fired.
The government is terminating the employment of 28-year-old Joshua Corcran, effective Friday.
Authorities say Corcran was going 113 miles per hour when his marked partol cruiser slammed into a Cadillac south of Las Vegas, in February.
They say Corcran was not using his emergency lights or siren and wasn't responding to a call. They say he was simply in a rush to get home.
Corcran is expected to plead guilty next month.
