(KSL News) -- Crews are mopping up the mess at a Salt Lake County hotel this afternoon.
A fire in a room set off sprinklers inside the "In Towne Suites" on 7200 South in Midvale.
Firefighters say the fire started in a kitchen unit in one of the rooms on the ground floor. Smoke and flames set off the sprinkler system, sending water into the hallway.
About 20 people were evacuated from their rooms.
An employee was treated for minor smoke inhalation, but is expected to be okay.
