FŪZ just launched its everdock on Tuesday. Within the first 6 hours on the crowd-funding site, everdock had already reached 40% of its funding goal of $50,000.
The everdock is the creation of David Gengler and Cameron Gibbs. The pair know a thing or two about launching products. Gengler and Gibbs spent years with ZAGG, Inc. making it a household name for digital accessories. This time around, they've come up with a product that no one had quite gotten right. It's a single dock that looks sharp, adheres to surface with micro-suction technology but more importantly, it's universal. The everdock will work with all of your old or new Apple devices as well as your android phones and tablets that use micro USB connectors. It's a single dock the entire family in your house can use. And Gengler and Gibbs took it a step further by creating a duo version which has two slots for you to dock two devices at once.
If they keep up their current pace, they have a chance of shattering the current Kickstarter record for pledges set by the Elevation Dock last year at $1,464,706.
