CALDERDALE, England, May 18, 2006 (UPI via COMTEX) -- A British judge has placed an Anti-Social Behavior Order on a 57-year-old woman who can't get along with anyone in her tiny village.

Frustrated council members in Bottomley appealed to Judge Sandra Keen for the decree known as an ASBO against retired businesswoman Jeanne Wilding, saying she was "at war" with at least 15 individuals or organizations, Sky News reported.

Councilman James Ward testified Wilding had been running a "rampaging campaign of hatred and pure evil" and was turning the village into a "hamlet of horrors."

The judge also considered Wilding has been arrested more than 30 times in the past two years, with more than 250 alleged incidents reported in less than 16 months before granting the ASBO designation, Sky News said.

"It's clear she has little or no appreciation of the effect her behavior has on other people," the judge ruled.

ASBOs can be used for a variety of offences and can ban people from doing things in specific places and sometimes from entering certain areas. They are granted in a civil court, but a breach of an order is a criminal offense.
