OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- A man is facing several charges this morning for allegedly burglarizing and burning down an Ogden towing business.
Police say 32-year-old David Lynn Fenstemaker was arrested and booked into jail on investigation of arson and burglary charges.
Officers say the towing business caught on fire back in March. Fire investigators later determined the cause of the fire was suspicious. Several weeks later, police arrested Fenstemaker on suspicion of possessing stolen items from the business.
Officers later found out the stolen items were taken around the same time the business caught fire.
Authorities say Fenstemaker used to work for the towing company.
