COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. — With 12 of the best collegiate players in the nation trying out for Team USA's World University Games, BYU's Tyler Haws impressed them all when he made the play of the week.

In the first scrimmage since Team USA made their final cuts, Tyler Haws introduced his new team to his patented fake-pass shot.

There is some debate as to whether Haws or Brandon Davies are the patent owners, but there's no denying that it is funny every time it happens.

Haws grabbed a rebound and pushed the ball up to Indiana's Will Sheehey, who missed an 18-foot jump shot.

Haws rebounded the ball, and with a 6-foot-10-inch center towering over him, he wrapped the basketball around the center's back. The center looked to where he thought the pass went, but Haws still had the ball and easily laid the ball in the hoop.
