(KSL News) -- Emergency dispatch systems in Salt Lake County are under fire by emergency officials.
Two groups evaluated the computer system, and found the same recurring problem: Dispatchers input one address, but something else comes out. This discrepancy delays response times.
Officials with Valley Emergency Communications Center's say they are confident in their software, and don't have plans right now to replace it.
